    Columbia County Stormwater Management Design Manual Chapter 2 Section Pipes and Culverts Discharge pipes are often used as outlet structures for stormwater control facilities. The design of these pipes can be for either single or multi-stage discharges. A trash rack is a grate-like structure attached to culvert inlets and outlets and riser outlets.
